• "We/Us/Our": Rock MSP Limited, a New Zealand registered company (trading as Property Information Report), responsible for operating the Website and providing Reports.
• "Report": Property Information Reports containing data on crime statistics, title numbers, legal descriptions, transport infrastructure, schools, early childhood centers, and hospitals, sourced from third-party providers.
• "You/User": Any individual or entity accessing the Website or purchasing a Report.
• "Third-Party Data Providers": New Zealand Police, Toitū Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand (LINZ), New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA), ArcGIS, and the New Zealand Ministry of Health (health.govt.nz).

2. Scope of Services

We provide Reports for general informational purposes to assist prospective property buyers in evaluating properties in Auckland, New Zealand. Reports include data sourced from:

• New Zealand Police for crime statistics
• Toitū Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand (CC BY 4.0) for title numbers and legal descriptions
• New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) for transport infrastructure
• ArcGIS for schools and early childhood centers
• New Zealand Ministry of Health (health.govt.nz) for hospital locations

3. Access and Use of the Website

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Website or purchase Reports.

Account: You may need to create an account to purchase Reports. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Acceptable Use: You agree not to:

Delivery: Upon successful payment, Reports are delivered electronically to your provided email or account. Delivery times may vary due to technical issues or high demand.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds may be issued within 7 days of purchase if a Report contains demonstrable errors (e.g., incorrect title number) that we cannot correct promptly.
• No refunds are provided for dissatisfaction with Report content (e.g., high crime rates in a suburb) or changes in data after delivery.
• To request a refund, contact us using the contact us page in the footer, with details of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and in Reports, including text, graphics, data visualizations, and branding, is owned by Rock MSP Limited (trading as Property Information Report) and protected by New Zealand copyright law.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use purchased Reports for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Reports are compiled using data from third-party providers, listed in Section 2. Data from Toitū Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand is used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Other data is used in accordance with the respective providers' licensing terms, which may impose restrictions on use or redistribution. You agree to comply with these terms when using Reports.

We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or updates in third-party data. Users should verify data with the original sources (e.g., LINZ, NZ Police) before making decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rock MSP Limited (trading as Property Information Report) is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of or reliance on the Website or Reports, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from property transactions.
• Errors in travel planning due to outdated amenity locations (e.g., hospitals, EV charging stations).
